The Construction Education Foundation is an authorized OSHA Training Institute Education Center (OTIEC) by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to deliver occupational safety and health training on behalf of Federal OSHA for the Denver Region. It assumes the responsibilities as the lead organization for the six states within the Denver Region: Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Utah.

As an authorized OTIEC, we specialize in offering OSHA-numbered courses in the Construction and General Industry and outreach trainer courses for those looking to become authorized outreach trainers or those needing to renew their trainer cards in occupational, safety, and health training for construction and general industry to advance safe and healthful workplaces for private and public sector workers, supervisors, and employers on behalf of OSHA.

Within the six states included in the Denver Region, there are eight AGC chapters and five industry organizations related to commercial, residential, and heavy civil businesses.

The following AGC chapters/locations are not OTI Education Centers but serve as host training organizations for CEF Colorado OSHA Training Institute Education Center:

AGC of Utah Training Center and AGC of South Dakota are not OTI Education Centers but serve as host training organizations for CEF Colorado OSHA Training Institute Education Center.

We offer both virtual instructor-led training (VILT) and in-person courses taught by qualified and subject matter experts in the industry.

Our VILT courses are held via Zoom.

Our in-person courses are held within the Construction Education Foundation or offered at our host sites; all in-person courses come with complimentary breakfast, lunch, and refreshments for the duration of the course.
