Cancellation & Refunds:

Cancellations MUST be done 14 calendar days before the start of out course to be eligible for a full refund. If cancellation notice falls within 8-13 calendar days, student will be issued a credit of the course fee paid minus 25% administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows are NOT eligible for a refund, reschedule, or transfer.



For ALL Virtual Instructor-led Training

A Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) are for those who reside in the Denver Region (CO, MT, ND, SD, UT, WY).

If you reside outside of the Denver Region, you MUST get prior approval from your Region to participate in this course.
